Good price and excellent location

The hostel is just 50 meters from the beach. The room is pretty big with TV, aircondition, refrigerator and closet. Bathroom is clean, bed is big enough for 4 persons . Outlets are on the both sides of the bed so both persons can charge their phones. They give 2 bottles of water every day and clean towels. The people at the reception are very polite and friendly. For what they offer this is probably the best you can get in Patong for a good price. I will definitely go back there if I have another chance.

The staff here are very good. Very friendly The room is clean, everything looks ok. Close to the beach is good.

Very Poor

Bathroom was extremely old and dirty, just old stains that were never going to be cleaned. Shower filled with water instantly as the drain was basically blocked. Room has absolutely no sound insulation. All night there is a loud banging sound, we think it was a washing machine or an elephant next door. Bed was old and frame was partially broken. Asked for clean towels, we're told they had no more left. We specifically booked a place in this area because they had free parking, huge sign outside of the hotel says "no parking". Pretty much a hassle to leave our car anywhere. For the money we paid I think it was worth about 1/4 for what we actually got. Plenty of places nearby in the same location, this one just looks the good but absolutely isn't.

Ok if you don’t mind slumming it. Amazing location but facilities were very disappointing.

Excellent location

It said the room was sound proof and it definitely was not, I couldn’t get a good nights sleep with all the noise. The bed was un comfy and bathroom very dirty. I was told on arrival there were no towels and no drinking water available. The water also ran brown for a few minutes every time I used it.

Location is nice! 100 meters away from the beach!

The name of the Hotel`d been changed several times. Room safe-box was out of oder but hotel staff did nothing to fix it. Internet connection disappeared just after the hotel was renamed. Breakfast time is from 08.30 and nobody will provide you with a meal box if you have early tour or check out.

Very close to the beach. Breakfast is good. They are giving american bfst, standart for all hotels. You can live your things in locker.

The bed which were written as a king-bed in fact was two beds and two matrases joined together, and there was a hole between them. Indeed not comfortable for a couple at all. Cheking in happening in the opposite hotel as it is the same property. No staff in this hotel. As we requested an earlier checking noone replied and when we came we has to wait till 2 p.m. Windows with view on the wall.

Staff tried to be nice, but it’s very difficult to succeed with the infrastructure they have to offer.

Ugly room that smells cigarette, has no sunlight at all, with two very old mattresses, a dirty bathroom, bad air conditioner (hot or freezing) and the lobby was under construction... I was really thankful I had booked for 1-night only.

Good and friendly staff, AC in the room, clean linen and big comfortable bed. Being close to the beach and everything else, what more do you need. They also arranged taxi for the way back to the airport.

The staff and owners were friendly and very accommodating and always willing to help.

The hotel was being refurbished when we got there and this alot of workers were around but it was not a big deal to us.
